Using a Mini Frother to Mix Your Protein Shakes

Protein protein everywhere… Yes, I’ve been influenced to consume as much protein has humanly possible. As much as I love a morning protein shake, texture is always an issue. I tried those shaker bottles, but the rubber ring around the lid always falls out and I can’t get it back in. Also I don’t think it does the job as well as advertised? And a blender is just so much WORK. Hauling it out, cleaning it…
